Recent Work

KITSC IT Service Level Agreement & Service Catalogue - June 2005
Another of our major projects for 2005 has been working with KITSC IT Management to deliver the print versions of the Service Level Agreement, as well as providing an online environment where customers are able to view the full agreement along with a full list of the services provided by the group. Extensive work was undertaken in converting the agreement from it's previous format and bringing it in line with corporate design guidelines, as well as programming and database work associated with the delivery of an online environment to access this information.

ECU Advantage Project - July to present
Staff recently have been involved with development of print and electronic content for the ECU Advantage Programme. The programme is designed to evaluate the use of wireless technology to benefit teaching and learning outcomes. Content developed for this project included the comprehensive Student Technology Guide along with a full suite of online tools and information to assist those participating in the project. Additional content developed including forms, paperwork, and other documentation needed to administer the programme. Current work on the project includes developing both online and print versions of the Sustainable support manual, as well as continued maintenance and monitoring of the program website.
