About IT Support Services
As part of the Information Technology Service Centre (ITSC), IT Support Services (ITSS) is charged with providing the highest levels of Information Technology support and services to both staff and students within the university.
It's staff are involved in a diverse number of roles ranging from
managing our Customer Contact Operations (IT Service Desk & eLab
Counters), Desktop Support services, Lab Maintenance & Management,
LAN Administration right through to maintaining the Standard
Operating Environment for the university desktop and laptop.
IT Support Services forms a key part of ECU's
IT Departments. These departments form a large group of service
professionals and specialist technical staff dedicated to providing
the best service possible to the university community.
